I'm the one who put the MT dates on there to remind myself and anyone else when MT events re and to be aware of any overlaps. I like the calendar option for all tournament events, I just put the general ones on.

hi there,
i will be running track every wednesday, 7:00pm at the wavertree sports centre. it is 2.50 entrance. should take about an hour. i am also arriving early on tuesday to run shuttles/ plyometrics. these will depending on my program. should be there around 6:00 - 6:15 should anyone be interested in joining. yours mark

HELLO, After last nights practice we had a brief meeting and it was decided that 1 training session a week would be the best way to get as many people out as possible. We agreed that Tuesday nights, 6:30 at Sefton would be the new session. If you would like more than this there are running sessions on a daily basis with Coops in his preparation for worlds(details to follow) and there is Mixed Practice on the Wirral on Sundays(see wirral ultimate.com)
