Hello and Welcome....
It is the time of the year when we welcome numerous beginners and new players to the club. This website can be a gateway to virtually anything Ultimate related... but can take some getting used to/training. If you have the time you will be able to read our tournament reports, read past and current forums, and can see some of the photos/videos which have been posted by our members.

The student page will be updated frequently and is a good place to find concise information.

From now on... One training a week
Tuesday 1830-on
Sefton Park
also...
Fitness with Coops.
Plyometrics / Shuttles from 6pm on Tuesdays (before practice)
Sprint session at Wavertree running track every wednesday, 7:00pm.
£2.50 entrace and should take about an hour.
Fun Tournaments this Summer

We have entered two fun Ultimate Tournaments this summer. These events are open to players of all abilities, if you are interested in coming and joining in the fun for either or both of the events please e-mail me before 27/06/08.
